The pump is equipped with a hardened high-chromium steel cutter ring and impeller blade. The cutting edge is precision-machined to effectively macerate long-fiber materials (e.g., plastics, textiles, organic waste) at the inlet before entering the pump volute. • Non-Clog Impeller Geometry
Depending on application requirements, Hydroman^® TWQ series submersible sewage pump can be configured with vortex or semi-open impellers. The large passage design ensures efficient handling of solids up to 80 mm, minimizing downtime due to clogging.

• Submersible Electric Motor
IP68-rated motor features an oil-filled chamber for optimal thermal exchange and insulation (Class H). Double mechanical seals (SiC/SiC or tungsten carbide) and a lip seal system ensure long-lasting protection against fluid ingress in continuous submerged conditions.

• Robust Construction Materials
Standard pump bodies are made of heavy-duty cast iron with optional materials including SS304, SS316, or high-chromium alloy for corrosive or abrasive environments.
